Publisher and promoter of Polish music. Kowalczyk was born on 27th April 1972 in Białystok. He graduated from the Academy of Music in Gdańsk in the oboe class of Prof. Józef Raatz and from the School of Business and Administration in Gdynia in the faculty of management and marketing. He has won several international music competitions (in Italy, Argentina etc.). From 2001 to 2004, he worked in the Department for the Promotion of Polish Contemporary Music at PWM Edition Publishing House. In 1998, he founded EUTERPE Publishing House, of which he is Editor-in-Chief.
